A message from our art teacher Ms. Wardlow:
Students have painted their landforms for their tunnel books and now must begin the research for the projects. Some features we are looking for are:
*identifying the landform
*specific animals, and vegetation the live there
*statistics about the landform (how much does it cover the region)
Students must write 10-12 sentences for the tunnel books.
I have allowed students to conduct the research in class with me, because of their paintings, but they should at least come with some fast facts that demonstrate understanding as it pertains to the environmental studies.
